Travel & Move:

-using different body shapes with a partner

 

 

 

-performing given simple sequences that focus on body shapes or body movements

-stopping in own self-space purposefully keeping out of other’s self-space with or without an object

 

-performing and changing body shapes, locomotor movements, directions, pathways with fast & slow speeds on signal or to change of music tempo

-performing a given simple sequence that combines even and uneven locomotor movements

-leap

-jump & hop

 

-jump & land using varied takeoffs & landings in relation to various equipment on the floor

-jump making different body shapes in the air

-jump swinging rope

 

-jump a self-turned rope

 

 

-flee from a partner

 

-dodge on signal

 

 

-bend, twist, stretch with partner, mirror stationary partner movements through different levels

-perform a combination of 3 or more body shapes in order

Balance:

-on different numbers of bases of support & using different body parts

-twist, roll, turn, include a smooth forward shoulder roll
