-kicking a stationary large ball with any part of the foot

-dribbling using each foot

 

-volleying, striking a balloon with an open hand, with 2 hands at the same time and with a lightweight paddle

-striking a ball off a tee using a bat

-use correct throwing motion

-by standing or moving up to the ball

-roll the ball forward slowly
